Western Web Co is a DBA of Acklam Software LLC ("Western Web Co," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and manage information when you use our websites, software, and related services (the "Services"). Our Services are intended for users in the United States only. We do not market or offer Services to users outside the United States.

  • Client and horse profile data entered by account users.
  • Payment-related metadata (for example, transaction IDs, status, and timestamps).
  • Signed waiver documents and related records.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. Payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy practices and terms.

At this time, we do not use optional analytics or marketing cookies. We may use technical methods necessary to operate core service functionality, such as session and security-related features.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Process payments through Stripe.
  • Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or lawful government request.
  • Protect rights, safety, security, and integrity of Western Web Co, our users, or others.
  • Support business transfers, including merger, acquisition, or asset sale, where permitted by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for business and operational purposes, including service continuity, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, security monitoring, and legal compliance. Signed waiver documents may be retained on an ongoing basis. We may delete records at our discretion, but retention and deletion decisions remain subject to applicable law, contractual obligations, active disputes, and enforcement needs.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

9. Privacy Rights and Requests

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • You may request account closure, subject to legal, contractual, tax, security, and operational retention requirements.
  • We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • To submit a privacy request, email support@westernwebco.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line and sufficient details for verification.
  • We may verify identity before processing requests and may deny requests we cannot verify or that are legally exempt.
  • We generally respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Your Choices

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is guaranteed to be 100% secure.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date, post the revised version on this page, and may provide additional notice through account email or in-product notice where appropriate.
