On your website

What your clients can do.

Check you come to them

The towns you cover and which day you’re in each one. No call needed to find out.

See what it costs

Trims, front shoes, full sets and resets with starting prices. Corrective and vet-directed work quoted after you see the horse.

Request a visit

New clients ask for a time with their barn address and number of horses. You approve it once it fits a route.

Pay from a link

Text a payment link when you finish the last horse. They pay on their phone.

The checklist

What to put on a farrier website

The things clients look for first. Each one is a section you edit by clicking.

  • Your service area and route days

The towns or radius you cover, which day you’re in each area, and any farm-call or travel fee.

On the design: Gate Crew: about 60 miles from Stephenville, with Monday, Tuesday and Thursday routes.

  • Services with starting prices

Trims, front shoes, full sets, resets, pads and traction. Say which work you quote after seeing the horse.

On the design: Gate Crew: trim $65+, fronts $175+, full set $260+.

  • Whether you’re taking new clients

And what you need first: barn address, number of horses, current shoeing schedule.

  • Your cycle

How often you plan to see a horse and how rescheduling works.

On the design: Gate Crew: most performance horses every four to six weeks.

  • What to have ready

Horse caught, clean and dry, on level ground with good light. It saves time at every stop.

  • Certifications and your work

AFA or other certifications, years shoeing, and photos of finished feet.

A credit card is required to start your free trial. WWC adds no transaction fee; the payment provider’s own fees apply. Your own .com is $10.88/year, at cost.

Your payments

We never take a cut.

You pay your payment processor’s standard rate and nothing more. Some “free” apps make their money by taking a cut of every payment.

Before you sign up for an app that says it’s free, ask for its payment rate in writing.

What a cut costsExample: $15,000 a month in payments.
That platform’s cut, per month$150.00
Per year$1,800.00
WWC’s cut$0.00

Plain math, not any company’s rate: every 1% on $15,000 a month is $150 a month, $1,800 a year. Your processor’s standard rate applies on WWC too.

Common questions

Questions farriers ask.

What should a farrier put on their website?

Your service area and route days, trims and shoeing with starting prices, whether you’re taking new clients, your usual cycle, what to have ready at the appointment, and your certifications with photos of your work.

Can new clients book a farrier appointment online?

Yes. Make trims and shoeing bookable, turn on approval so you can check the barn fits a route before you confirm, and add a buffer between appointments for drive time.

How do I show my service area?

List the towns you cover and the day you’re in each one, the way Gate Crew lists its Monday, Tuesday and Thursday routes. When your route changes, click the text and update it.

Should a farrier list prices online?

Starting prices like “Trim $65+” answer the first question every new client asks and still leave room to quote corrective or vet-directed work after you see the horse.

How do clients pay me after a shoeing?

Send a payment link by text or email. They pay on their phone, and the payment shows on that client’s record. WWC adds no transaction fee.

Does WWC take a cut of my payments?

No. WWC adds no transaction fee to your payments. You pay your payment provider’s standard rate and nothing more.

How much does a farrier website cost?

$39.99/month. One price for everyone. It covers your website, hosting, booking, digital forms, online payments, security and real support. We’ll build your website for free, and our team keeps you on your free trial until it launches. If we don’t impress you, you pay nothing. Add your own .com at cost, $10.88 a year.
