Guests want to know who’s leading and that the horses suit beginners.

$39.99/month

Start my free trial

A credit card is required to start your free trial. WWC adds no transaction fee; the payment provider’s own fees apply. Your own .com is $10.88/year, at cost.

Your payments

We never take a cut.

You pay your payment processor’s standard rate and nothing more. Some “free” apps make their money by taking a cut of every payment.

Before you sign up for an app that says it’s free, ask for its payment rate in writing.

What a cut costsExample: $15,000 a month in payments.
That platform’s cut, per month$150.00
Per year$1,800.00
WWC’s cut$0.00

Plain math, not any company’s rate: every 1% on $15,000 a month is $150 a month, $1,800 a year. Your processor’s standard rate applies on WWC too.

Common questions

Questions trail ride outfitters ask.

What should a trail ride website include?

Each ride’s length, route, price and season, the minimum age, weight limit and experience level, what to wear, your weather and cancellation policy, your release, and directions.

Can guests book a trail ride online?

Yes. Each ride is a bookable event with its own departure times, length and price. Turn on approval for large groups if you want to confirm horses and guides first.

How do I get every rider in a group to sign the release?

Make the release a required step when the group books, then share the release’s link with the rest of the group. Each rider signs on their own phone, no account needed, and every signed copy is saved.

Can guests pay when they book?

Yes. A ride can require payment when it’s booked, or you can send a payment link for a deposit. WWC adds no transaction fee.

Can I list age minimums and weight limits?

Yes. Put them on each ride on your website and in the booking description, so guests see them before they book.

Does WWC take a cut of my payments?

No. WWC adds no transaction fee to your payments. You pay your payment provider’s standard rate and nothing more.

How much does a trail ride website cost?

$39.99/month. One price for everyone. It covers your website, hosting, booking, rider releases, online payments, security and real support. We’ll build your website for free, and our team keeps you on your free trial until it launches. If we don’t impress you, you pay nothing.
