Riding lesson websites

Riding lesson websites with the waiver built in.

New riders book a first lesson and sign your liability waiver on their phone, so the paperwork is done before they reach the barn. Teaching till dark? We’ll build it for free.

A credit card is required to start your free trial. Our team keeps you on it until your website launches, so you’re never charged before you’ve seen it.

The checklist

What to put on a riding lesson website

The things clients look for first. Each one is a section you edit by clicking.

  • Lesson types and prices

Private, semi-private, group, camps and clinics, with length and price for each.

  • Who it’s for

Ages, beginners or experienced riders, English or Western, and whether riders need their own horse.

  • Your lesson horses

Parents want to see the horse their child will ride. A row of names and photos does it.

On the design: Elkhorn Fork’s “The string” lists each horse with age and temperament.

  • The first lesson

What happens, how long it takes, and what to wear: helmet, boots with a heel, long pants.

  • Waiver and safety

Your release, helmet rules, and who’s on the ground during lessons.

  • Cancellations and weather

Your make-up and rain policy, in two lines.

$39.99/month

One price for everyone. Love it? Keep it for $39.99/month. It covers hosting, scheduling, digital waivers and documents, online payments, security, and real support.

Start my free trial

A credit card is required to start your free trial. WWC adds no transaction fee; the payment provider’s own fees apply. Your own .com is $10.88/year, at cost.

Your payments

We never take a cut.

You pay your payment processor’s standard rate and nothing more. Some “free” apps make their money by taking a cut of every payment.

Before you sign up for an app that says it’s free, ask for its payment rate in writing.

What a cut costsExample: $15,000 a month in payments.
That platform’s cut, per month$150.00
Per year$1,800.00
WWC’s cut$0.00

Plain math, not any company’s rate: every 1% on $15,000 a month is $150 a month, $1,800 a year. Your processor’s standard rate applies on WWC too.

Common questions

Questions riding instructors ask.

What should a riding lesson website include?

Your lesson types and prices, the ages and levels you teach, your lesson horses, what happens at a first lesson, what to wear, your waiver and safety rules, and your cancellation and weather policy.

Can riders sign a liability waiver online before their first lesson?

Yes. Add your waiver as a signature document and make it a required step when someone books. The rider, or a parent, signs on their phone, and the signed copy is saved in your WWC account.

Is an online waiver as good as a paper one?

In the U.S., electronic signatures are generally treated like handwritten ones under the federal ESIGN Act. Whether a waiver holds up depends on its wording and your state’s law. Most states have an equine activity liability law, so have your attorney or insurance agent review your waiver.

Can I sell lesson packages?

Yes. Send a payment link for a package, or take payment when a lesson is booked. WWC adds no transaction fee.

Can parents book lessons for their kids?

Yes. Parents book with their own contact details and add the rider’s name and age in the notes. Turn on approval if you want to place each new rider yourself.

Does WWC take a cut of my payments?

No. WWC adds no transaction fee to your payments. You pay your payment provider’s standard rate and nothing more.

How much does a riding lesson website cost?

$39.99/month. One price for everyone. It covers your website, hosting, lesson booking, waivers, online payments, security and real support. We’ll build your website for free, and our team keeps you on your free trial until it launches. If we don’t impress you, you pay nothing.
