WWC is built for trainers, farriers, bodyworkers, chiropractors, boarding barns, instructors, veterinarians, and other businesses that serve horses and their people.

No. The platform is designed around familiar controls, clear language, and guided workflows. You do not need to know how to code, configure servers, or manage plugins.

Can I create an account without starting a trial?

02

Pricing

Is the trial really free?

Scheduling

Booking without phone tag

Do customers need a WWC account to request a booking?

No. Customers can open your public booking link, choose the service and available time they need, and send their details without creating a WWC account.

Do I control when customers can book?

Yes. You control your availability, service duration, buffers, and whether a request requires approval.

Can I review booking requests before accepting them?

Yes. Services can be configured to require your approval, so a customer’s request does not have to become a confirmed booking automatically.

Are customer and horse details kept with the booking?

Yes. Booking details connect to the customer and horse records you manage inside WWC, giving you context without keeping separate notes.

05

Documents and records

Paperwork, organized

What kinds of documents can I create?

You can build digital waivers and intake forms, send them to customers, and keep completed records organized with the right customer and horse.

Can customers sign documents online?

Yes. WWC supports digital signature fields so customers can complete and sign documents online.

What can I keep in a customer or horse profile?

Profiles can keep contact information, horse details, notes, care instructions, appointments, documents, and related history together.

Who can access my business records?

Private business records are limited to authorized users in your organization. Public website and directory content remain separate from private operational data.

06

Online payments

Stripe-connected checkout

How do online payments work?

Connect your Stripe account, create a charge in WWC, and share the payment link. Your customer completes payment through Stripe-hosted checkout and payment activity is reflected in your WWC workflow.

Does WWC store card details?

No. Payment collection uses provider-hosted, tokenized checkout. Western Web Co. does not store raw customer card data.

Does WWC add a transaction fee?

Western Web Co. does not add a transaction fee. Stripe’s processing terms and fees still apply to payments handled through your connected Stripe account.

What can I add to my listing?

Your free listing can include your business name, location, service information, contact details, a profile photo, gallery images, a business description, and external links.
