The checklist

What to put on a horse trainer website

The things clients look for first. Each one is a section you edit by clicking.

  • Your programs and prices

Full training board, training rides, lessons, tune-ups, colt starting and clinics. Say what each includes and how many rides a week.

On the design: Sage Valley: monthly barrel training is three rides a week for $850.

  • The horses and riders you take

Your discipline, the ages and levels you work with, and what you don’t take. It saves both sides a phone call.

  • How you train

A short, plain account of your approach. Owners are trusting you with their horse.

On the design: Sage Valley: “Speed comes after understanding.”

  • What happens at an evaluation

How long it takes, what to bring, and what they leave with.

  • Results and proof

Horses you’ve started, shown or sold, client quotes, and photos of the work.

  • Your policies

Minimum stay, owner lessons, hauling to shows, and how you send updates.

$39.99/month

One price for everyone. Love it? Keep it for $39.99/month. It covers hosting, scheduling, digital waivers and documents, online payments, security, and real support.

Start my free trial

A credit card is required to start your free trial. WWC adds no transaction fee; the payment provider’s own fees apply. Your own .com is $10.88/year, at cost.

Your payments

We never take a cut.

You pay your payment processor’s standard rate and nothing more. Some “free” apps make their money by taking a cut of every payment.

Before you sign up for an app that says it’s free, ask for its payment rate in writing.

What a cut costsExample: $15,000 a month in payments.
That platform’s cut, per month$150.00
Per year$1,800.00
WWC’s cut$0.00

Plain math, not any company’s rate: every 1% on $15,000 a month is $150 a month, $1,800 a year. Your processor’s standard rate applies on WWC too.

Common questions

Questions horse trainers ask.

What should a horse trainer’s website include?

Your programs and prices, the discipline and kinds of horses you take, your approach, what happens at an evaluation, results from horses you’ve trained, and your policies on minimum stays, owner lessons and hauling.

Can clients book an evaluation or lesson online?

Yes. Each service is a bookable event with its own length and price. Turn on approval for evaluations so you can look at the horse’s history before you confirm.

Can clients sign a training agreement online?

Yes. Add your training agreement as a signature document. You can also make a signed release a required step when someone books. Signed copies are saved in your account.

Can I list horses for sale on my trainer website?

Yes. Add a sale-horse section with photos, age, discipline and a price or “call for price”. Edit or remove a listing by clicking it. The Marlow Creek design shows how.

Does WWC take a cut of my payments?

No. WWC adds no transaction fee to your payments. You pay your payment provider’s standard rate and nothing more.

How much does a horse trainer website cost?

$39.99/month. One price for everyone. It covers your website, hosting, booking, digital agreements and waivers, online payments, security and real support. We’ll build your website for free, and our team keeps you on your free trial until it launches. If we don’t impress you, you pay nothing.
