Clear guidelines. Trustworthy listings.

These guidelines help keep the directory accurate, useful, and safe for horse owners and equine professionals.

Basic Rules

  • Only claim or manage businesses that you own or are authorized to represent.
  • Keep your business name, contact information, service area, and business details accurate and up to date.
  • Only list services that you actually offer.
  • Do not intentionally misrepresent your experience, certifications, licensing, or qualifications.
  • Only upload photos, logos, and other content that you own or have permission to use.

Prohibited Content

Listings may not contain:

  • Profanity, hate speech, threats, harassment, or abusive language.
  • Sexually explicit or adult content.
  • Graphic or disturbing images.
  • Illegal products or services.
  • Malware, phishing links, scams, or deceptive content.
  • Spam, keyword stuffing, hidden text, or attempts to manipulate directory rankings.
  • Content unrelated to your equine business or services.

Business Information

  • Use your real business name or the name you actively operate under.
  • Provide accurate contact information.
  • Only link to websites and social media accounts that belong to your business.
  • Do not create duplicate listings for the same business.
  • Do not create listings on behalf of another business without authorization.

Photos & Media

  • Upload only relevant photos that accurately represent your business, facilities, horses, work, equipment, or branding.
  • Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.
  • Do not upload misleading or deceptive images intended to misrepresent your business.

Enforcement

Western Web Company reserves the right to review any listing for compliance with these rules.

Violating these rules may result in immediate action, including without limitation:

  • Removal of individual photos, links, or listing content.
  • Suspension of your ability to edit your listing.
  • Immediate removal of your directory listing.
  • Permanent suspension or termination of your Western Web Company account.
  • Loss of access to WWC products and services.

Serious violations, including fraud, impersonation, repeated abuse, scams, illegal activity, or attempts to deceive customers, may result in immediate listing removal and permanent account suspension without prior warning.

By creating, claiming, or managing a listing, you agree to follow these guidelines. We may remove listings or accounts that undermine the trust and usefulness of the directory.
