A credit card is required to start your free trial. WWC adds no transaction fee; the payment provider’s own fees apply. Your own .com is $10.88/year, at cost.

Your payments

We never take a cut.

You pay your payment processor’s standard rate and nothing more. Some “free” apps make their money by taking a cut of every payment.

Before you sign up for an app that says it’s free, ask for its payment rate in writing.

What a cut costsExample: $15,000 a month in payments.
That platform’s cut, per month$150.00
Per year$1,800.00
WWC’s cut$0.00

Plain math, not any company’s rate: every 1% on $15,000 a month is $150 a month, $1,800 a year. Your processor’s standard rate applies on WWC too.

Common questions

Questions barn owners ask.

What should a boarding barn website include?

Your board options and monthly rates, what each includes, current openings, photos of stalls, turnout and arenas, your health requirements and barn rules, and a way to book a tour. Those are the questions owners ask before they drive out.

Should I put board rates on my website?

Posting rates, even “starting at” rates, answers the first question most callers ask and saves you calls from people who aren’t a fit. Click the price on your site, type the new one, and it’s live.

Can new boarders sign the boarding agreement online?

Yes. Add your boarding agreement as a signature document. Boarders open one link, sign on their phone, and the signed copy is saved in your WWC account. They don’t need an account.

Can horse owners book a barn tour from my website?

Yes. Make “Barn tour” a bookable event with the length and days you choose, and turn on approval if you want to confirm each one. The request comes in with their contact details and their horse.

Can I collect board online?

Yes. Send a payment link for monthly board or a deposit to hold a stall. WWC adds no transaction fee. The payment provider’s own fees apply.

Does WWC take a cut of my payments?

No. WWC adds no transaction fee to your payments. You pay your payment provider’s standard rate and nothing more.

How much does a boarding barn website cost?
